Whittier Reading Night 11.15.12

Whittier held it's annual READING NIGHT on 11.15.12. Many parents and students came to listen and learn about how important literacy is to our students! Along with a special presentation by our students and plenty of activities, a fun and educational time was had by all!

Bernie's Books Gives Away 1,000,000th Book!

Whittier was lucky enough to be selected by Bernie's Books to be a part of their 1,000,000th book giveaway in November. We had a HUGE assembly, along with Chicago Bear Blake Constanzo here to celebrate!
